1. How do I become a member of the Aquest Research Member Panel?

Registration is limited to invitees. As a security measure, names cannot be changed without authorization, and honoraria will only be made payable to the name on file.

2. What if my name is spelled incorrectly or I’ve married and changed my last name?

3. What if the invitee has left and I have taken over his/her responsibilities?

You may send an e-mail to to request a survey invitation. With your request, please include your title (clinical pharmacist, registered nurse, etc.) and the name of the clinic/institution where you work.

4. Does anyone have access to my personal information?

No. We implement strict procedures to protect you and your personal information. Your contact information will only be used to send you survey invitations and honoraria. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

5. How did you get my contact information? I don't remember signing up.

If you have never registered with us, you may have received a survey invitation because you opted-in to receive research and certain other emails from one of our affiliates. If you do not wish to receive survey invitations, we sincerely apologize for the intrusion. To remove yourself from future paid survey opportunities, simply login to using your passcode, and click the OPT OUT link. We identify ourselves clearly in all our invitations and describe how you can unsubscribe. We do not "spam" or send unsolicited commercial e-mail to our panel members.

6. How do I update my registration information, including my e-mail address?

You may update your registration information by visiting, and click the CHANGE MY INFORMATION link.

7. What happens if someone else in my practice uses my email address?

Each member will need to have a unique email address.

8. Whom do I contact if I have any questions or comments about a survey?

All of our surveys give you contact information for questions and problems. If you have a question, please send an email to

You may unsubscribe at any time by logging in to and clicking OPT OUT.

10. What do I do if I have technical problems while taking a survey?

From time to time, our servers may become overloaded when too many people try to access a survey at the same time. If you can't access or it takes too long to complete a particular survey, you can always exit and finish the survey at a later time.

11. Which browser works best?

We recommend using Internet Explorer, version 6.0 or higher, to view our surveys. AOL users may elect to minimize AOL and open an alternate browser such as Internet Explorer.

12. Do you offer incentives to participate in surveys?

All those who complete our surveys will be compensated at highly competitive rates.
